This notice covers the public Proply website and its interactive examples. Data processing in an agency workspace is agreed separately before live use.
The product examples
The names, addresses and conversations in the interactive previews are fictional example records. Your selections stay in the page’s local state. The previews do not ask for client information or send messages.
Analytics and browser storage
This version of the marketing website does not load Google Analytics, PostHog or Vercel Web Analytics. The shared interface may store a display-theme preference in your browser. The site does not use the product examples to build a visitor profile.
Delivering the website
The website is hosted by Vercel. Requests to load pages and assets necessarily include technical information such as an IP address and browser request details; hosting services may process request logs for delivery, reliability and security. Journal content is delivered through our content system.
External services and enquiries
Booking links open Cal.com, and sign-in links open the separate Proply application. Those services have their own data handling and notices. A demo only needs your business contact details and a general description of your workflow; please do not send tenant, applicant or landlord records.
